在现代这个竞争激烈的社会，每个人都想成为浴火的凤凰，能实现自己的理想创出一片天地。但理想的实现，事业的成功，都是在严谨的规划下，一步步认真履行而得到的。

如果没有自己的职业生涯规划，那一个人在社会上无疑就如一只无人操纵的小帆船在大海上漂泊，在漂漂荡荡中走向灭亡。因此说，职业生涯规划对每一个立志成才的人来说，都有着重要的意义与影响，它是使一个人走向成功施展抱负的第一步。

【自我分析】从小到大，我的家庭教育比较严格，在这种严谨的家庭教育下，使我养成了做事情不怕困难，比较有毅力，对想要做成的事不轻易放弃的性格。父母也给我足够的空间，让我独立地对自己的事情加以选择判断，发展自己的个性。

但同时，父母也给了我太多的关爱呵护，让我有些时候总希望依赖他人，做决定时有些优柔寡断。因此说，我的性格有着两面性。

一方面，我比较开朗，喜欢和不同的人打交道，主动去了解一切新鲜的事物，对自己不喜欢的事情，会直接地说出来，并不在在它上面做过多留恋。另一方面，我性格有比较沉静，一些时候喜欢一个人独处，安静地看书或做别的事情，不善于和不太熟悉的人交往，也就导致在一些公开场合，我会显得比较拘束，不能自如地表达自己的想法和观点。
